Learn how to incorporate beautiful and sustainable native plants into your landscape at this FREE workshop. We will open the workshop with a keynote talk about how to create or enhance the diversity of native plant habitat around our homes, followed by “Table Topic” question and answer discussion sessions led by experts on related topics.  Attendees may participate in as many of these as time allows.  Native plant landscaping resource information tables will also be available.

Free native plants for Lynnhurst residents who preregister and attend. Attendees from outside Lynnhurst may purchase plants at the workshop from our supplier, Landscape Alternatives, Inc.

All attendees are asked to please preregister by May 7.  Preregistration required by May 7 for Lynnhurst residents who wish to receive free plants so that the correct number can be ordered.

Preregister by sending an email tolynnhurst.env.comm@gmail.comwith your name and street address, or in person at the Lynnhurst Community Center. 

Keynote SpeakerDouglas Owens-Pike, President, EnergyScapes

Douglas has been designing native plant landscapes for 25 years and is the author of Beautifully SustainableFreeing Yourself to Enjoy Your Landscape.   His book will be available for purchase at the workshop.
