Welcome to Lynnhurst

THE BEST OF SOUTHWEST MINNEAPOLIS — brought to you by the Lynnhurst Neighborhood Association (LYNAS)

Neighborhood Community Solar Garden Event

community-solar-garden

Thurs., Nov. 12
7-8 p.m.
Mayflower Church
(106 E. Diamond Lake Road)

Join your neighbors for an informative evening on Community Solar Gardens and our neighborhood’s role in making them accessible to you.

Community Solar Gardens allow you to use solar power without installing panels on your own roof. Residents and businesses can subscribe to a solar garden connected to the Xcel grid, then get reimbursed for their panels’ production as a credit on their Xcel bill.

Come learn about this emerging energy program and what your neighbors are doing to evaluate options and help our community participate. In addition to providing information, we will be asking residents for their input and preferences. Your voice is essential to making this program a reality. Residents of any Minneapolis neighborhood welcome to attend.

Refreshments provided. Hosted by the Tangletown Neighborhood Association. Questions? Contact info@tangletown.org.
